9 mo check up

Lo weighs 15 lbs 10 oz (4th percentile) Measures 67 cm (11th percentile) Head circumference is 44.4cm (doc actually measured twice saying that was too big for her body!). Just like her brother with a big olĂ© dome! So the new plan is to feed her Solids before the breast. She won't gain weight like that either buuut I'll do it to make her doctor feel better.  Lol. Lo wears 6 month clothes, size 2 disposable diaper at night, size 3 shoes (they are too long but her wide feet don't fit in a 2!). Yesterday at the doc office lo learned to wave "hi" in the mirror and now she waves and says "hi" on command.  It's too cute!

Family photos

So we took these ourselves (hey it is all I can get these guys to commit to! ha). Not the greatest (Lo wasn't her usual photogenic self) but it marks this moment in our lives so I am happy.

9 months young!

This post is late. Sadly this is due to the loss of our beloved fur child Porky. We sure miss him, but that is for another post. On a happier note... Lorelei you... Love Growling back at Liam when he growls at you. You'll also cry if he cries. Words you can say: mama (ma), dada, bye bye (buh), dog (dah). Like to wave and shake your head yes. Love to practice walking & HATE when we make you sit down. LOVE splashing in the dog water, getting into the bathroom, trying to crawl the stairs, take apart night lights and otherwise getting into things you're not supposed to be into. Wear cloth diapers, nap 2-3x a day (3rd nap is a quick 20 minutes cat nap if your previous 2 naps were short) LOVE to eat and MUST eat before anyone else does (& you eat a ton). You still breastfeed about 4-5x a day. I think you permanently sleep through the night. Haven't had you wake up in a long time. You're a pincher. Daddy calls you a lobster. You especially like to take a hu...
