Now is the time to JOIN!

Interested in earning additional income? Looking for a fun, flexible job that you can do around your life and responsibilities?  Lilla Rose is an awesome opportunity! Another direct sales company recently signed their 800,000th consultant whereas Lilla Rose recently signed their 8,000th! This means the market isn’t flooded with stylists and there is plenty of opportunity!  Now through October 16th there are two great options to join, depending on your goals and intentions. The $49.95 option provides you with 5 flexi hair clips (XXS-Large) or the $125 kit provides you with a range of 20 hair accessories (including flexis, hairband, U-pins, bobbies, and more!)  However, as of 10/16/17 the party kit (49.95) will be discontinued and the Ready Set Style kit ($125) will be the base signup option.  With both of these signup options you get a 30% discount (this also means you can earn 30% on your sales) right away and can earn a higher discount/profit! I'm a Rose & YOU can be too!

I love my long, thick hair, but every year I cut it off because my ponytail/bun/updo styles become too heavy for my head and start causing headaches and neck pain. As I contemplated yet another cut, I stumbled upon a life changing solution. The flexi clip by Lilla Rose takes the tension off of the hair and head. Functional, fun and beautiful (they come in a variety of styles!). They also offer hairbands, bobbie pins, hair sticks and badge clips. Check it out, here:  www.lillarose.biz/byShan  (I am an independent consultant). You won't regret it. There is a product (or two or ten) for everyone! There is no risk, Lilla Rose offers a 30 day return period, 90 day exchange period and their products come with a 1 year warranty! Follow me on Facebook for styling tips, discount/sales and to see the latest trends! https://www.facebook.com/pg/haircessorizewithShan I'd also love to chat with you about becoming an independent consultant for Lilla Rose!

Lorelei at 18 months

Lorelei has started putting herself to sleep at night (took some mommy/daddy coaxing). Her vocabulary is INSANE.  If we or bubba challenge her to say something she will definitely try it. My FAVE is "sis I love you" & she says "eww tooo" PRECIOUS! Some of her words: Mama, daddy, bubba, doggy, choo choo, bird, apple, yeah, yay, car, copter (caca), hi, bye, ball, cake (cakey), you too (eww too), baby, milk (gilk), shoe (chew). She waves at people and says "hi" but clings to mama if someone else tries to hold her.  She loves her baby dolls & pushing her stroller around.  She loves trains,  dogs & mickey mouse.  She's an outdoor girl, she would play outside ALL DAY if I let her.  She loves talking on the phone.  She's a daddy's girl,  her daddy is her world,  she runs to the door when she hears him come home.  Lately she is really into accessorizing with a necklace and her favorite hat and she loves when we call h...

Liam at 3 1/2

Oh this boy is too much.  But before I get to that his stats: weighs 33.5lbs  and 38 inches tall. Wears size 3t clothes (finally only fits in age appropriate clothing) & wears a size 7, which I think is about to be a size 8 shoe. I am regularly told Liam is a 40 year old in a 3 year old body.  He's almost too smart for his own good and often tells us he can hardly wait to be a parent so he can be bossy.  He has his wife all picked out.  He's just waiting on finishing up his schooling and nailing a job.  I was the same way as a little girl,  so I know first hand how quickly his childhood can pass him by if I don't force him to slow it down and enjoy his childhood. He goes to preschool 2x a week for 3 hours a day.  He has learned to write all his letters,  it's so neat to just tell him how words are spelled and he writes it.  He still needs to develop self control in group settings so I'm hoping to see improvements over time with tha...
