Bun, bun, bun!

Liam gets really excited about bunnies. He calls them "bun, bun, buns" and does a little happy dance. It's too cute. So we thought the Easter bunny would go over really well... In the parking lot, he was really excited! Searching for the Easter bunny! He walked up with his Thomas train in hand. We told him to show it to the bunny, so he did. Then ran away. The bunny tried offering him a lollipop. Liam grabbed it and ran away. I sat him next to the bunny. Liam did fine with that. Then the lady said sit him on the bunnies lap. That was SOOO not okay (no tears, he just refused to sit there!). So mama walked away (Liam tends to do better with new things when dada's there to encourage him). It took some doing but... 21 months & St. Patty's Day!

Last Tuesday (March 13, 2012) this Mr. Handsome turned 21 months old. At 21 months, Liam is: -Enjoying helping around the house (he picks up when asked, throws garbage away, puts the dog bowls away, puts away his milk cup in refrigerator, finds his sippy cup when we're on our way out and does other odds/ends when asked!). -Can wash & dry his hands with little assistance -Love babies & his baby doll. He mostly just feeds them a bottle (and pretends to drink from it every now and then). He's so loving, caring & thoughtful! -He can take off his socks and pants, we've yet to see him take off his shirt. He's also been experimenting with taking off his diaper. If this becomes a habit, we'll think about potty training (he's not really that interested in the potty, although today he's been following us to the bathroom). -He is talking a lot more. He repeats us randomly (oops! better be careful what we say). He can sing his ABC's with some ...

First thing he did after getting out of the car, ran up and get on the bear! Then, he pet the dogs Liam was a bit nervous about the jet, Mama was VERY willing to help!
