It has been so chaotic around here with the move taking place next week--I almost forgot to post Liam's stats. He went to the doc on Monday (and said goodbye, which was so sad--Liam and I LOVE our doctor and nurses!). Definitely going to miss them.
Liam's stats were as follows:
Weight 17lbs, 14 oz (15th percentile, finally went from 10th percentile to 15th--great job!)
Height: 27'' (10th percentile)
Head: 46 cm (75th percentile) Doc said this is a pretty average head but it looks big on him because he's so petite, lol... pretty sure she just said Liam has a big head. HA! Liam, I think you look PERFECT!
Last week Kevin took 3 days of leave. We were supposed to be working on move stuff BUT one day we decided we had done enough work and deserved some family time (and it was the only sunny day we had last week). So we set out for a hike. Unfortunately the rain from the previous day ruined those plans so we ended up taking a walk around the area, found a park where Liam ate his lunch picnic style and enjoyed playing. The swings are always a favorite, but Liam got to ride on the tire swing with Daddy for the first time. Boy did he enjoy that!

Please excuse his attire--we left during his morning nap (which he takes in his pj's). It was chilly when we arrived so we left him in his jammies and added a jacket.

Again excuse the fashion crime (stripes, plaid and more stripes, YIKES!). We were expecting a muddy hike, not a beautiful backdrop at the park!

Yummy leaves!

What do you mean NO?!

Help me up Dada.

He doesn't stay still long

His favorite place to be!

A few weeks ago (St. Patrick's Day I am guessing by what Liam is wearing) our DVR box broke. I guess Liam figured this out... here he is with his screwdriver trying to fix it. We were laughing that he must have understood our frustration with the situation. Funny thing is, after he went to bed it came back up. Thanks Mr. Fix-It!

Here is Liam yesterday on our walk. Our usual is to walk over to the park, get him out of the car to swing, then he gets back in and we walk the long way home. Yesterday he wanted nothing to do with getting out of the car to swing. He grunted and held on tight to the steering wheel. I figured he was taking his car driving seriously (he LOVES this thing) so we kept on walking. I walked him for 35 minutes (my feet were aching--mama needs to wear walking shoes from now on, not flip flops). When we got home, he had the same reaction so I ended up pushing his car around the garage and up and down our very steep driveway until he finally decided enough was enough (it was nap time, thankfully or we might still be out there. HA!).

And another funny this morning. Look at all his toys:

And we play with?

Well, diapers of course!

Silly boy!
Here are some randoms of Liam over the past couple weeks. He has been SO good about letting mama finish packing and cleaning... he plays so independently (and loves unpacking what mama packs--should be super helpful when we get to the new house!).

Eating one of his faves... toast w/ jelly!
Grandma & Grandpa bought him this little garden play house. He LOVES it so much (and mama does too, it's a nice safe place to contain him in for a while!).

I can never get enough photos of this kid. He's just so adorable and fun!

He honestly can stand on his own, but it's a trust issue at this point!
