We made it to Hanford on Friday afternoon. As I mentioned in my previous post, Liam just took off and was right at home at Grandma (Ava) and Grandpa Snowden's. He even took his first 3 steps that evening!

Braxten pushed Liam and surprisingly Liam also pushed Braxten

Liam was absolutely mesmerized by my parents dog Simba. Guess he does look more like a pony than a dog to a little guy.

What? I'm just looking!
Grandpa Snowden had arranged for the boys (Braxten, Liam and a play mate) to go to the fire station for a tour. The boys had so much fun. Liam was surprisingly well behaved considering he was due for a nap and he just finished up with a four hour trip to Hanford (took us WAY too long this time around). He only cried when cousin Braxten continuously honked the horn of the fire truck (the echo inside the station hurt my ears/heart, so I don't blame Liam!). It was a really fun and neat experience...we all learned so much and were so grateful for the tour.

On the way

I can do it!

Grandpa and Liam

Please cousin Braxten, stop with the horn!

He thought this was so much fun!

Taking a break from the tour to kiss Auntie

Easter morning we went to visit Liam's great grandma (my Vava). She has some medical ailments that keep her from remembering things, so she had forgotten that she met Liam a while back (I think he was 3 months old). She doted on him the entire time we were there... it was neat to see my Grandma with my son. Just as loving and fun as she was with me. Liam loved the attention, her dog (of course) and the new environment and toys (especially the dog toys!).

4 generations here (my mom, my son, me, my Grandma)

Vava started it all...
We returned from Vava's to prep for Kevin's parents house (grabbed Liam's dinner, changed his diaper and loaded up). We spent the remainder of the afternoon and evening doing Easter at the Fagundes household. We had so much fun! It was so exciting to see Ryan, Natalie and Liam interact. The two little ones are so much more capable of playing along with Ryan and Ryan is so good with his two smaller cousins. I think it's nice to see him get to be the big cousin (he does such a good job!).

I think these two look a lot alike in this photo

They all loved taking turns riding and pushing. HA!

Follow your big cousin--as along as he doesn't need a bathroom break, you're good to go! HA (had to be there for this one!).

Poor Natalie looks so concerned. Though I must say--she hangs pretty tough with these boys for such a petite girly gal!
Sunday we spent the day doing Easter with my family and then traveled home later that afternoon. It was fun watching Liam and Braxten hunt eggs. Liam found one (and that's where he loses interest) so we helped Braxten find some of his eggs. Braxten was super appreciative (see the photos below). Let's just say, Liam got LOTS of hugs! These two are so cute together. Braxten is stepping into his big cousin role and doing a great job. Liam is so lucky to have such loving cousins!

Showing off!

So proud of himself

I love his little butt!

He loves Easter eggs, now that he discovered they hold treats!

EB stopped by...

and left Liam this!

He loves cards

Not sure what was going on here?! LOL!

Digging into the toys

and the food! YUMMY! Graham crackers (his fave!)

More baskets. EB (ahem--Ava/Grandpa) spoil him!

Loved the bib

Braxten being silly

Lounging with dada before the festivities began

Let's do this!

Where is it?

Braxten's really serious about this

Got one... but what's cousin doing?

Helping my cousin

And the result of doing so

More hugs

Happy Easter from Liam

And here are some cute photos of Liam opening his Easter card from GG last week. He is really into cards lately and carried this from the mailbox into the house on his own. I helped him open it, but as you can tell he wanted to do the rest himself. CUTE! CUTE!

Uh huh

Really getting into it

Aww thanks GG
And just some randoms

After a bath the other night

I have a feeling this photo will resurface someday! Hehe

I guess this was a quick stage of standing w/ support. Now we're standing completely unassisted and taking steps! How quickly they learn/change.
I am going to be honest with you (and myself--HA!). It's Birthday "season" on the Fagundes side of the family, that coupled with Mother's Day and needing to get Liam's birthday invitations made, then sent out (can you believe it's time for that? I can't)... I will just admit NOW that I will likely disappear from the blogging world for a bit. We never stop taking photos or having fun though, so no worries--we'll be back soon with lots to share I'm sure. Until then...
