The base had a Christmas tree lighting on base yesterday. Unfortunately, Liam woke up as it was starting and was NOT in a good mood (he is cutting another molar!). So it took me a while to calm him down, change his diaper and encourage him to go "bye bye".
We got there late, the ceremony was over and tree had been lit. But there was still lots of fun to be had! You can see from the photos Liam's case of the grumps progressively wore off!

He also took a photo with Santa (still trying to see how to get a copy of it). He was SCREAMING and throwing a fit, so I had my hands full and didn't think to ask for someone to take a photo with my camera. Will do my best to see if I can get a copy of the photo they took for us. I'm sure it is hilarious, Liam was LOCKED out on me and refused to sit with Santa. So it's Mama with a stiff toddler leaning over toward Santa. I'm sure it's a riot!
We ended the night with a pizza french roll daddy brought home after work and drove around looking at Christmas lights around the base. Which was an experience... Liam never sits in the front seat... he loved playing with all the gadgets and knobs. He even crawled over to daddy and "drove" and honked the horn at some random people walking by. Kevin and I laughed and laughed. Oh how I love these two guys!
Oh and can't forget this. A couple days ago, Liam helped me build a little graham cracker holiday house. It was lots of fun & super YUMMY!
